Our Classes
Core Foundations (Beginner/Level 1)
Perfect for beginners and those returning to Pilates, Core Foundations introduces the fundamental principles of classical mat Pilates. In this class you’ll learn proper alignment, breathing techniques, core engagement, and foundational exercises while developing an understanding of the six Pilates principles- concentration, control, centering, precision, breath, and flow.
This class creates the strong foundation needed to progress safely and confidently in your Pilates practice.
Core Progression (Intermediate/Level 2)
Designed for clients who have mastered the basics, Core Progression builds upon the foundational classical mat Pilates exercises while introducing more challenging movement patterns, transitions, and endurance work.
Students continue to deepen their understanding of the Pilates principles while improving strength, flexibility, coordination, and body awareness. This class bridges the gap between Foundations and our Signature class, helping clients refine their technique and confidence.
Core Movement (Signature/Level 3)
Our signature class combines authentic classical mat Pilates with contemporary sculpt-style progressions for a challenging full-body workout. Rooted in the original Pilates method, each class emphasizes the six Pilates principles while progressing through classical exercises designed to strengthen the core, improve posture, increase flexibility, and develop total-body control.
Thoughtfully layered progressions, light resistance, and endurance challenges create a dynamic experience without sacrificing the integrity of the Pilates method. Expect to move with precision, breathe, with intention, and discover the strength that comes from a true Pilates practice.
